I had my service done last week with Devin, Aptive technician, and again he did an excellent job in servicing our home. Aptive is a very professional pest control company and I really appreciate how they treat their customers in terms of scheduling service appointments and any request. Devin is very thorough and knowledgeable of his job. Thank you Aptive for keeping my home free of bugs!

I have had excellent service from Aptive. I have been using them for about 2 years. This last service I asked about flees, and Cole Plejdrup, my rep this week, immediately identified the product and applied it to my yard.
I was a bit hesitant because frankly, they were so inexpensive...at first we had an infestation of mice in the garage and Sean worked through many visits clearing them out. Once done, it was a pleasure, getting the notification that he was coming and when, so I can open the gate and bring in the dogs, so he can happily go through his business unaccosted.
Daniel Diaz was thorough and took the time to do the job right. He is a valuable employee to the company
They can never tell you when they are actually coming. When they do arrive they might spend 10 minutes on the call. I don't see any reduction in pests around the house or the yard. If they spent more time controlling the bugs instead of trying to get referrals I might have a better opinion of them.
