In our neighborhood, it seems like we get constant door knocks trying to get us to sign up for pest service. It is usually a guessing game to see who will follow through on what they promise and Aptive seems to be the first to fit the bill. On our first service, Dominic was very friendly, helpful and thorough. After doing the inside service and what seemed like a very comprehensive outside service, it was the first time in years I felt like we will actually get our money's worth.
Jose came to spray today for the first time. Very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable with his service. Sales representative Mitch was also very helpful and informative with helping me decide to choose Aptive. Happy so far :) -Heather K...Great Customer Service and Can't beat their Pricing!!!

Dominic from Aptive did our first pest control service today. He was great! He came on time, and was polite, professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and then got right to work without wasting a lot of time talking to us about it. Very happy with the job he did.
Chaela J. did an outstanding job yesterday responding to questions about the service as this was our initial service. She was very professional and knowledgable about the products used and reassuring my wife that she didn't need to be worried about our new puppy having any side effects from the treatment. Please send her back for the follow-up service after 1 month.
Found a mouse in my kitchen, called Aptive, they were able to set me up the same day. Dylan McCrary came to my house on time. He was very pleasant and professional to talk to. He treated the whole house inside and out, set ups snap and glue traps, covered any holes with wire mesh. He explained everything to me clearly. He answered all my questions and concerns. He even set up a follow up call back. I'm really happy with the service would definitely recommend to friends.
