Very happy with the service made by Jose.Q and Chris.C. I want them to be same crew for next service. These guys were on time, sensitive, intelligent, patient, and polite with me even though I was very busy with other matters. When they were done, they explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Again, I hope they are the same guys who do the application next month after my tenant moves into the house. The level of professionalism they showed me should impress the tenant also.
First day went around spraying for bugs set up traps for rodents and came by a few days later and removed the rats... very nice and new traps ...thanks mike

Matt H. did all the necessary work that was promised. He answered all my questions. I was a little skeptical at first coz i have never heard of this company before. He made me feel at ease and was very professional
So far so good! Just had my first treatment. Matt H. arrived promptly and queried me if I had any specific concerns. I noted we had seen several ticks in the kitchen area that were likely coming in through the dog door. Matt also went over everything he would be doing that day and then went about his business. When he was done he checked in with me before he left and briefed me on what he had done. It has only been a couple days and I was told the chemicals are not kill on contact so we will see how everything works out.
Christian was very good and smart. Very nice guy! We want him back for the next treatment for sure. The pricing is fair, and professionalism is point on!
Even though the first crew did not do a good job, Mitchell came the week after and took care of everything. I will definitely refer them to my neighbors.
The service call was scheduled at 11:40 and Joe M. arrived a little after 12:00. Because this was my first service, Joe explained everything that he would be doing and how the follow up services would be done. Very professional and answered all my questions!
I am reviewing to say thank you to the tech that serviced our property, Joseph B. Was prompt, very professional and was as courteous to questions and concerns as anyone could be. Thanks a lot Joseph and active ! (This is day 1 so I cannot at this time properly review how the service is doing)
