They were quick to respond to my requests and very informative during their routine upkeep. I had noticed an increase in insects after doing to yard work near the front of my house. They proposed a quick and effective solution and addressed my concerns, as I have two young children (3 and 1) as well as a dog. Will absolutely continue to use them.
Quarterly Exterior Treatment. Lomora the service technician did a great job, very thorough and professional. Did a great job explaining the process and what to expect.

This was the initial visit LaDarrius Williams was very knowledgeable of the product he used and of his job. He was very professional and explained each step of the treatment process. He answered all my questions and he explained in depth. I feel like my home will be be forever bug free using Aptive for pest control services. I was truly impressed with the services provided at an affordable price.
Super friendly and helpful service again today with Aptive. I had some additional requests and they offered professional opinion and ran through options for me and then completed the request right away. Couldn't be happier.
