Mike clearly explained what he was going to do and what treatments he was using to address any pest problems. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend the service.

I'm a first time Aptive customer, today was the initial spray and Joe Martinez Jr. showed up right at the scheduled time and was very friendly from the get go. He saw me with my 9 month old son and informed me he can't spray the interior of the house as long as the child is present in it and that he could do the exterior for the time being and I could reschedule the interior spray if needed.
