I found a dead rat in our garage, it was caught in the trap Aptive set there a while ago, so I called to ask them to pick up. Michael came the same day and he also sprayed to disinfect our garage area. He did a wonderful job.

Being an Aptive customer and after noticing a wasp nest under my eaves, I approached Mark M. of Aptive Environmental while he was servicing a neighbor's home. I told him that I was an Aptive customer and wondered whether he would do me the favor of removing the nest without my having to call since I was between services. Mr. Hood did a wonderful and very thorough inspection as well as maintenance on our property in Pleasant Hill. We are thrilled with the service and in fact I called the office today to make sure that Mr. Shiloh Hood will be our regular Aptive Environmental professional at future dates.
Grant Bostwick was very polite and professional. He was answering all my questions in a very professional manners and did his best to achieve customer satisfaction! I sign up for aptive 3 months ago. I see much better result for spider web around my house, but still have problems with rodents in my back yard. Hopefully their technique will work to get rid of rodents from my back yard. I am waiting for the result.
