Daniel was great, took all the web's down, sprayed really good, did the lawn, and took down a wasp mud nests I didn't even know I had. He was very polite and informative.
The service tech Marck was friendly and efficient, filled me in on what he did before he left. Did extra investigation of my shed which I did not expect but nice effort on his part. My only issue with Aptive is they need to get into the 21st century with their website and customer service - can't schedule or change an appointment without calling, then I waited for 15 rings before someone answered, and that person did not have access to the scheduling system, took my number for someone to call me, no one ever did. Jon has provided us an amazing service. We came back home later than the appointment time. He left. But after one hour he came back again. It was Friday evening. The freeway has heavy traffic. Really appreciate his service.
Justin was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and very courageous spraying and removing the wasps and their nest that had been developing in our playhouse for the last few weeks. He was pretty sure that he was going to get stung on this job, but he braved it anyway. He did a great job and surprisingly didn't get stung even once. I hope we don't have the problem again, but if we do, I hope that Justin is the technician on the job! Toni P
