After many years of being a StateFarm customer and paying the premiums, StateFarm let me down when I needed their service. My basement flooded due to a toilet valve leak. State Farm paid less than half the bill for the water extraction, cleaning, and repairs leaving me owing the balance. The claim specialist claimed that the charges were excessive. I was present and saw all equipment used, manpower hours the work done by the company. When I contacted my local agent for assistance he was no help.

State Farm has been Consistently disappointing and unresponsive. I’m so glad they are not my insurance co. My car is at the only body shop that can repair it three hours from my home. It has been there 4 days so far and State Farm has yet to contact them so work can begin. I have made 15 calls to them to try to get assistance with no luck.

They charged me 175.00 for liability on my car and renters insurance, and the previous bill was 84.00 I immediately called them, found another insurance company. They sent me a Check for 119.61 they kept the rest of my money, I was only 3 days in for this policy. Stealing money from there customers.

after being in our home for 27 yrs., we have had to file our second claim for damages to our home. Our fist claim was with Farmers Insurance, and it was a pleasant experience, as the claim was processed and paid within three days. Now, we are with State Farm, and the claim process has been very unpleasant, stressful, and frustrating. I paid for glass coverage. I thought my window was cracked. I called State Farm and they sent out ***** *** **** ****** *****, The guy takes the whole window out and has the whole door panel off and tells me it's not cracked it's the tinting paper. I apologize and tell him to put the window back in. He puts everything back together and says he is done but he forgot to put part of the door back on and the parts are on the roof of my car. I’ve Had a couple of claims on my house and both times was water damage. State Farm denied both claims in which I felt they should have covered. So I will be looking at going to another company not to say that they will be any better. If they can spend the money to pay for these big time athletes for doing these commercials they can pay my claim… smh ….. State Farm is a joke … they take your money reinvest to make more money and leave you hanging ! State Farm you get a negative—5 stars Your Truly On my way out .

Hi, So my vehicle was stolen on 8/14/23. I was set up with a rental car thru ***** with my insurer being State Farm. I went , picked up the rental same or maybe the next day. My car was found with some damage so State Farm referred me to someone under them and they had my car up until late October!!! When I tell you I got so many threatening calls from the rental company due to lack of communication and extentions from State Farm! After initiating insurance on a vehicle I was denied for, I called and canceled the policy. I requested a refund and was told that it would have to be sent to me in a check in the mail. It has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive this check and when I make contact with the company, they continue to remind me that the mail could take 7 to 10 business days.
