Totaled my fully drivable Mazda 3 and are deducting $1,227 from all comp prices because the car is not "dealer ready." In other words, it wasn't detailed directly following the collision. After refusing the amount twice they are threatening to close out the claim without paying out anything. They will not accept me detailing it and sending in photos, to be clear they won't accept photos of even a professional detailing it. When I bought my home I went with a name I thought I could trust b/c my family had done business with them for years. Years later we had a catastrophic weather event in ******** ******* and ALL of our roofs had to be replaced. I was given a settlement number including depreciation and told that my deductible had been taken off the top of the claim and half would be paid upfront the other half would be paid upon completion of the work. Horrible company. Very unprofessional. They have sent three different claims adjuster out; they keep getting fired, or quitting. Put claim in in August and now it is almost November. Hail damage is determined but they are not completing the work, or communicating with the roofer in an honest way. The St Paul Agent is zero help in the matter

I submitted my claim, and the adjuster gave unreasonable estimate. My roof was damaged by wind damage and my ceiling was damaged by penetrated water. If two piece of shingles were missed, they just take care of the cost to replace one piece of shingle and simply cover the water stain of ceiling by paint. They do not care about how to repair it and whether the shingle is discontinued or not. I have had insurance with State Farm for 28 years. The customer service has greatly declined. My home suffered damage from a windstorm in March 2023 and now October 2023 and the claim is still not resolved, therefore, my home still not repaired. Professionalism, communication, and timeliness are lacking significantly.

Awful service. We had a water loss and State Farm drug their feet on it so badly. It has now been 7 weeks since the flood and we still have not received a dime from State Farm to begin the repairs. Disorganized. No one will call us back. Fought us on everything. The Adjustor didn't even read the estimate the contractor THEY sent. He tried to say a $65,000 loss was only $21,000 because he didn't read the estimate which did not include ANY of our flooring or associated costs which was the majority of the loss. We started a claim against State Farm on 2-20-23 and are still waiting for a payout. We've had to speak to several representatives in different departments and always receive a runaround. They deemed that my son was 20% responsible for the accident for driving through an intersection with a green light and their client turned in front of him after failing to yield.
