The worst Home owners Insurance ever. They take forever and cause your home to be totaled and only want to pay for repairs and not replacement value. They are terrible when speaking to the insurance adjusters they are rude and condescending. We have paid our bill each month faithfully for over ten years. This is what repayment one gets for being a good customer. ??

State Farm is bare minimum when it matters. They only want your payment and make you feel like a liar and a thief when you file a claim. Ye s you are State Farm. No one ever plans to be in an automobile accident however, we are required by law to carry auto insurance. We hope that that provider that we choose would do all that they can to protect ourselves and our property in the incident of an automobile accident. Loyal customer for years. But God forbid you have a claim after decades, you are going to face incompetency and be blamed for it. Terrible. They lost my car after I transferred it to them and then removed the value from my payout for their mistake. They are rude, hostile, and try to bully you out of every penny they can.

I was a loyal customer for 3 decades. I have a clean driving record and no accidents; they have never been on the hook to pay out a claim where I was at fault. After 3 decades with them they told me that my policies were not being renewed because my windshield had to be replaced because it was hit by a rock. In the 3 decades I had this one glass claim and I had a tow reimbursed once. Iv been with statefarm for almost 2 years and every other month my care insurance increases without a valid explanation , Ita rediculous and I only have 2 vehicles I have spoken to them several times but I still have no clearfication and I had road side and used it 3 times last year and its showing up on my ***** *****report as 3 claims they are very rediculous and I like the agents and office staff but the sudden increses monthly is rediculous

I have worked with State Farm within my business and personally for over 45 years. I am a family of 8 so have 8 vehicles and many other recreation policies. I am in the process today of canceling all of them. My business owns and operates over 90 rental homes and all were insured with State Farm. I canceled all of them and switched to another insurer. Horrible. Home claim experience was a joke. I was lied to. They paid me 1/6 of the amount the repairs cost me. The claims adjuster told me her decision was final and nobody else i could talk to. State Farm is a joke and i will be cancelling my policies. Do not use them.

**for new moms and wanting to start a family* I got home with my day old baby and we found water all over our kitchen. We had a pipe burst behind our wall. Upon tear down lots of black mold . My family and I had to vacate to a safer environment. (Imagine moving all your newborn equipment after in 40 hours of labor that ended up with a c-section) An adjuster came out, told us how people during the 4th of July get coverage for lighting their houses on fire but something like this wouldn’t be covered.
