After a ceiling collapse of the porch and in the garage I contacted my insurance company of 30+ years, State Farm Insurance, on the advice of an independent inspector and roofing personnel. Filing the claim was easy and I was told they would expedite it. The expediting took 11 days. I was told on October 10th that I would receive the report by 12th, then on the 15th then in several days. As of the 23rd after numerous phone calls there is still no report. State farm is an insurance company but would not insure my car because it was a 2021 kia. Why is an insurance company punishing it's customers for the type of car they own? They even had the audacity to ask me if I get a different car or, they change their policy on insuring my car in the future, if they could reach back out to me. I am not a customer only at their convenience. They have lost my business.

After large hailstorm damaged home (and all in neighborhood), State Farm as acknowledged hale damage but will not cover roof replacement meanwhile majority of homes in neighborhood (with other insurance providers) have been receiving new roofs since June. State Farm has delayed and denied coverage since I filed the claim and even their appeal process was misrepresented and only applies to the damaged vents they offered to cover, not the coverage of the entire roof. Katherine Patrick location in Mt. Holly No is the worst. The agent Candice took my check without my consent !! She placed stop payment on the check and issued me a credit??. I complained to the owner who did nothing!! This is unlawful to steal clients money!!! Bad business-wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I think this company is criminal. There driver hit my trailer in the rear damaged my new trailer. Paid $4000 for it damages came to $4900 they want to pay me $2600. I told them they either fix my trailer or buy me a new one. They said it doesn’t work that way. I had a new trailer that I cannot replace for $2600 hundred dollars. Why do I pay for insurance if other companies insurance don’t take care of others?

Absolutely furious with this company! Loyal customer of 26 years. Put in a claim this past Wednesday and after about 10 calls have not heard back from the adjuster. I have water damage in my home! They don’t care! Just take my money & refuse to pay out when needed! I’ll be moving on for sure!

My older drivable car was totaled by State Farm. A coworker ran into me and caused some minor cosmetic damage. I will be switching companies. STATE FARM ARE LEGALIZED CONARTISTS! STAY AWAY!

They are a rip off they don't like to let you cancel a policy so they won't have to give you a refund they reps will not call or email you back and then customer service will cover up for the rep and tell you a lie that it takes a month or more to cancel a policy in their system. They are full of crap if you can stay away from State Farm by all means.

My car was totaled and I was not liable for accident. I had to constantly be calling them and reminding them what to do. They could not locate my vehicle at one point and told me I could/would incur charges for storage. It took them 10 days to send me a replacement car seat for my toddler. After 5 pm today I will be without a vehicle because of them sending my settlement to the wrong email multiple times and waiting for call backs that never happened.
