Unbelievable! My wife and I have been with State Farm since we got married 18 years ago. We were also with State Farm for our entire insured lives before getting married (20+ years). Neither of us had ever filed a claim of any kind single or married. I’d estimate we have sent well over $250,000 combined to the State Farm engine over the years. Horrible! Premiums increased without incident. Every renewal and when other drivers in the area were having accidents my premium increased. Sky is the limit with these crooks.

Another vehicle hit my car, I couldn't get ahold of. State farm informed me that they could get the money from them after they paid me for the estimate. I gave them the estimate for the damage, over $5,000 . They would not send an agent to see the damage, going only on pictures sent to them by one of their agents and decided my car only needed a little bit of paint and offered $3079.84. I absolutely cannot for the life of me stand state farm, Evertime I call the systems are down and they say they will call back and they DO NOT!!! I always have an issue with getting any information correct. Lets not talk about representatives and their customer service. I call and all I hear is laughing and get put on hold many times to be told something that is incorrect. If you can get another company please do so,

My Catalytic Converter was cut off my truck while I was on business in ******** **. Being that I live in **** and was over a thousand miles from home this was scary for me. This happened on a Saturday so I tried calling my Agent, Vincent Campo out of the 8155 S 4800 W, West Jordan, Ut 84088 location of State Farm. There was no response, I texted him, still no response. Had a contractor come out to check for hail damage in May of 2023. He documented the damage on roof, gutters, downspouts, skylights (which were installed in 2021). First adjuster that State Farm sent out documented same damage as contractor in August 2023. State Farm came back acknowledging only an amount of damage that was $5.00 under our deductible.
