I have had Statefarm insurance for the last two yeas for our house and cars. I have not had to file a claim with them. We haven't had any claims for our cars in over 10 yrs and have never filed a claim for our house. We recently had an accident which was a hit and run. No fault to us, and Statefarm has made this process the most difficult process. We will be cancelling our policy once we have our vehicle fixed and will never use Statefarm again. I’ve had many different insurance companies over the years, but I’ve never had to deal with one like this. In the last few months. I’ve had two issues that state farm has completely dropped the ball not to mention borderline committed fraud. I had a fender, bender and, of course exchanged insurance information. Horrible insurance company never get a answer when trying to call regarding a claim doesn’t want to pay homeowners who pay their premiums for a roof that is clearly damaged never responds to emails would not recommend at all!

I have sent many messages through State Farm property claim web site to Shana V******** my claim handler regarding final claim settlement but no response yet. I even left messages on her voicemail no response yet. Final settlement claim for wind and hail damage to my property was submitted on October 3 2023 well over 6 weeks ago. Earlier claim handler Mr William A**** was very helpful.

Our rates are clearly not based off of our driving. Our rates have recently take a very large increase on our two daily drivers. Neither of us have a record. Only one of us have had a claim and it was years ago. When asked, State Farm claimed inflation, yet no one else in our family is experiencing this. Inflation effects everyone, not just select people. State Farm is a horrible company. I was in a car accident and the reps from state farms are not returning any calls. A person insured by State Farms hit our car from behind, pushing the entire undercarriage of the car from beneath us, totaling the car, and totaling their car as well. State Farms is not returning any calls to our lawyer to discuss the case. State Farms do not like to pay their claims. It has been 6 months, and no response. State Farms is a corrupt business.

Very unprofessional. Agent is never available to talk to. Cancelled my families policy but continued to take our payments for months. Caused me to lose days of work with no reimbursement because of an accident with a driver who had no insurance. Do not ever get State Farm they do not care about their customers. Especially the ******* branch agent Katie Harris.

I made a claim on our roof after a storm. They refused to replace it. Even though outside roofing contractors were pulling shingles out of the gutter. The following year we had another storm. The boards under the roof were exposed in many places. Finally, they covered it but then cancelled us. It should be illegal to cancel me for using the service I paid for. I will never use them again.
