Statefam change my location without notifying me after I said they were unprofessional the way the dealt with me. How I found out I was transfer? I called the office to make a payment and that is when I found out I am no longer at that particular office. I requested the agent to call me back to see what is going on, he never returned my call. Our local office is great. They are friendly and responsive. No complaints there. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the process once things move up to the claims dept. Still trying to get resolotion for hail damage that happened in April of 2022. Finally got an adjuster to look at the roof in October of this year. They said that all the metal was damaged but the shingles did not have hail damage. Really? I guess the hail missed the shingles. They said all the black spots were just "blistering". If I could give State Farm a 0 star rating I would. I’ve been calling them to adjust my payment due for several months and have gotten nowhere. In August of 2023 I dropped a vehicle from my policy and three months later I am still billed for it. My agent and even the escalation team keep telling me it’s due to a shortage in underwriting. I spoke to lalana from state farm about my insurance. I gave her the info to a car I was potentially buying and asked for the insurance rate. She told me my rate would stay the same as it was with my previous car. She also told me I needed to surrender my plates in order to get a reduced insurance rate. When I called back to get the insurance on my new car she gave me a new higher rate. Two months ago this company raised my insurance $35.00 then this month they raised me $65.00 taking my policy to $244.41 I call bullcrap because I hey say ******** has had rates go up

State Farm IS THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY. Right next to ********. I am a contractor that specializes in insurance restoration. State Farm is now saying that they don’t care if a roof is unrepairable and that they don’t care if shingles are discontinued that they are not paying for replacement. And not just roof claims. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this company. Good luck filing a home claim for anything with them you will be responsible for not only your deductible but 90% of the work that is done State Farm tries to not cover anything and everything that they can get away with. Say something is a few years old in your home we’ll guess what if it’s damaged by water or lights on fire your screwed because this company will try and deduct the fact that it’s old from the estimate. A state farm customer ran a red light and hit my car. $4600 worth of damage they won't pay which is crap. I sent them a video with proof that she went through the light and a picture showing she hit me and they are still declining to pay. I will make sure everyone knows not to do business with state farm. Horrible company. I told me I need more evidence..like what. I couldn't get a witness bc I was trapped in my car bc their insured doesn't know how to drive and likes to lie
