Just signed up, instantly regretting it, they already changed my policy amount because the drivewise wasnt setup in 3 days of the signed policy, although the shipping is 3-5 business days. which is not what I agreed to upon signing up, nothing in fine print that gave a time frame or a reason for a certain time I need to activate drivewise. This is literal stealing from customers as I signed up for a locked in rate and they raised it based on nothing. defenitely a sueable offense!

State Farm is NOT the good insurance from the past. Do Not get home or auto insurance from them . They are not customer service oriented. They lie, distract, delay and all for top premiums. My neighborhood ********* **agents are a joke!

Would give 0 stars. Adjusters have no experience on how things are built to determine how to repair them. They are also unresponsive, rude and condescending. They will not agree on estimates from their OWN PREFERRED CONTRACTORS who they sent to my house. ******* actually quit because of then midway through the job so now I’m left with no floors or ceilings. I am very unhappy about the service. I feel that I was disinformed and manipulated with pricing. At the beginning a year ago I received price of $72 monthly. Later I called State Farm and told them I am going on 2 months vacation and would like to put my insurance on hold. They told me "no problem ", but when I came back my price this month is $127. My family has bought insurance from State Farm for over 50 years. Cars, boats, homes, etc. In July some fool fell asleep at the wheel and wiped out a huge portion of fence. This home is on a major highway that is known for being a stretch of road that people seem to wreck on. They have done absolutely nothing to get this fixed. My parents and brother has paid thousands upon thousands if not millions of dollars for insurance, and they won't even get moving on this. My father passed away in his home and a clean up was needed. State Farm took 14 months to pay the bill and it was ONLY after I filed a case number with the **** Dept of Insurance. State Farm is the worst and a bunch of crooks.

I had 3 policies with State Farm every month my car insurance policies kept increasing. I constantly tried to contact the Agent to find out what was going on. I kept getting the run around from the secretary at the front desk .I never received any calls back on this issue. The agent who initially did my policies, quit and went to a new company. This has been extremely difficult to make a claim. Call them every other day and they always say "we'll get right back" but never do. Adjuster missed many items and his estimate was less the 50% of what I got quotes for. Now they won't contact me. I'm paying for business losses and damage myself and hopefully 1 day someone will call or pick up a phone. By the way, any time they tell me they clled, I see no record of it on my phone.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have made several attempt calling to State farm local office to call back regarding the balance to be refunded for my remaining auto insurance. No one has called or tried to communicate anyway from Sate Farm insurance services. Agents I dealt with Leslie B***** Here is the refund amount $410.48 should be Vehicle info: 2006 Nissan Altima Blue: Start Date April 7th End Date May 26th.
