Tried one of the free classes on Friday and was amazed at the level of attention they put into the program and too your workout. A great place and can't wait to start going here weekly.
First of all, the coaches make you feel human and like your journey matters. That's super important when trying to change your lifestyle and make it consistent and doable with life. I also love the WLS classes - circuits make it go by quickly and you get in a great workout! Awesome vibe during class too. This gym/facility is for every BODY.
Staff is phenomenal and knowledgeable. Workouts are tough but fun and doable. They go by surprisingly quick too 👍🏻The atmosphere is relaxed and supports friendship and encouraging each other to feel our best and reach our goals! So happy I found AFS!!

I have worked out at 10 gyms in the last 10 years. Not once have I ever gotten client service as amazing as AFS has given to me. Anyone looking for a fitness center to change their life only needs to look here. When looking for a place to work out, have you ever walked into a fitness center and been greeted by name or taken a group class and had a personal coach cheer you on. Best gym in town! Always clean, good instructor and great follow up with your goal! I am so deterninated that this year will be my year of transformation and Trent, the practitioner, is helping me a lot to push to the edge and I'm very glad for it! I could not be more than happy with this new place. All the money invested here worth it! The atmosphere here is another thumbs up!
