The team is professional and the facility is top-notch. I love that they are flexible and work with my needs. The workouts are challenging but geared to your fitness level. Your personal coach is available for support and check-ins during the week to make sure you are on track with your nutrition and fitness goals. Stop in and check them out. This place is amazing! The training is so dynamic, as well as interesting. I feel like I am always doing a circuit or routine that I have never done before -- and that takes the tediousness out of a workout. The attention to detail at AFS has been incredible both physically and mentally.
