AFS is the best fitness center! It's about building a community!
My husband, friend, and I all took part in a class this past weekend and it was amazing! Everything from the tv screens explaining the exercises to the music and personal training help, this gym wants you to be the BEST you can possibly be! They provide any resource you can possibly need to ensure you are doing the workouts correctly and that you are keeping your motivation and endurance high! We would recommend this gym to any fitness level!
Love the intensity and variety of the workouts! Just what I was looking for to add to my current routine. I also like the accountability and tracking aspect. My fitness coach Cassie was very thorough during my consultation to ensure I achieve my desired goals. She was also very personable which made it a more enjoyable/comfortable experience. The work outs and coaching are tailored to your fitness level and outcomes you are looking to achieve so it's perfect for anyone.
Great workout with knowledgeable instructors who push you to finish in perfect form with fun music topping it off!
