Raymond was very professional, came through and fixed the problem in no time! I'm glad they ensure that they have the right parts before they come to actually do the repair. Efficient and helpful!
Aaron (the appliance tech) was very nice. The company is terrible. Made an appointment. No one showed up. I called the company 5 times to finally get a hold of a customer service rep. to be told I have the appointment wrong and it was for the following day. So I took another day off work, Aaron showed up and told me the repair could not be made. He said the parts were on his truck for the day before (because that is when my appointment was originally set for) and they are required to turn in all parts each night, but he was ... read more

I was unable to be here when the technician came to my home but my son-in-law was here. He said the technician was experienced in what he was doing. It did not take him long and was a very nice person. I would recommend this company. Thank you

James was the type of person you want to get when you need service. He did not have the part on his truck so had to order it. He then set up a time for him to return. He came when scheduled and did repair. His appearance and his personal demeanor were exemplary. If I need service on any appliance I will definitely call for James. Thank you for doing a superb job.
Irvin came To Fix the gasket so the dishwasher won’t leak. I haven’t run the dishwasher yet but Irvin was here when he said He would be. If the dishwasher leaks I will let you know.
