Courteous and professional. James McMicken was friendly and helpful in getting my washer to work again. I highly recommend him and Appliance Repair Specialist.
Cesar showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed my oven just in time for Thanksgiving.
They showed up when they said they would. Tyler knew what was wrong with the machine when I told him the symptoms. With a little calibration the washer was off and running.
James McMicken was quickly able to locate the problem with my microwave and had the part in his truck, resulting in getting it fixed in record time. With Thanksgiving approaching, I considered this an emergency! Thanks, James!
Our technician Jim Stone was not only extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable of our appliance and the necessary repair, but he was also an absolute delight! Words cannot adequately express how grateful I am for Jim's outstanding ability to quickly assess the appliance's problem and make repair, as well as, his recommendations of simple maintenance to minimize any future problem.
