Repair specialist was very attentive to my concerns, and went the extra mile to correct my washer’s problem. 😀
The actual repair service is great, the tech came out on time, the service center sent out robo calls informing us of the status of the service call timing, but the scheduling part sucks. 5 stars for the service call, 2 stars for the scheduler. This was for a Whirlpool dishwasher from Home Depot with an extended warranty sold thru Home Depot, issued apparently by Asurian.
