Brian was very helpful, patient, and he educated me on what was broken in my oven. He came in time and I like they call 15 min prior to coming
I purchased a dent & scratch from Lowe's (did not purchase extender coverage" didn't need a extended warranty as this was a "NEW" unit. The washer was a new unit and carried a FULL WARRANTY, the washer vibrates on the spin cycle. Called the manufacture and they arranged for your company to come out. Your agent said the unit was out of balance and to cover the floor with plywood, also said that the shaking was within the norm. Great and professional service! My issue was taken care of quickly.
Technician arrived as scheduled to look at our Kitchenaid oven. Turned out to be a bad panel board that he could not replace because it was obsolete and he wasn’t able to find it. He left me the PN# just in case I was able to find it. It was a very brief visit.
