I had such of bad experience as I’ve been waiting for almost two months since the dishwasher was installed to have it fixed or replaced, nothing happened I being told that government requirements are responsable for modification on that dishwasher that causes not to drain completely, not heating nor drying dishes so I have to keep using it as is till maybe after 30 loads on the meantime I have to hand dry my dishes, this was the most ridiculous excuse to avoid replacement this experience was disappointing I even missed time ... read more
Our repair took a couple of visits in order to isolate the failing part in our microwave. Our repair tech, Jim, was on time, friendly and professional each time he visited and the only trace he left behind was a microwave that worked! He answered questions about the repair and taught me a couple of things I didn't know about my decade-old GE microwave. Thank you, all!

Technician is very knowledgeable and eager to be helpful to clients.
They have great customer service. They contacted us the day before they were scheduled, the morning of and again 15 minutes before arrival. No more waiting around for 4 hours thinking the service person forgot! Also, they had trouble getting the right parts from Whirlpool and they stayed in touch with us about that when they had to reschedule.
Experience and quickly polite and courteous
Very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Second time i've used them and will do so again.
