cancelled, then no-showed... now wants to reschedule in a week... George from customer service was politely rude. Had to ask for ansupervisor and finally was given an appointment. Service technician was timely and qualified.
Terrible service. Stayed home for two days waiting for scheduled delivery. No phone calls for ARS. Just excuses when we called. Also, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Dumb and dumber arrive with no parts!
