We’ve had Billy come out twice and are very satisfied with his service.
I appreciate being called to let me know that my part hadn’t arrived and rescheduling. Also the call 15 minutes before showing up. Scott was friendly, efficient and professional. I asked him several questions and he patiently answered them all. Yes I would highly recommend ARS.
The service technician (Patrick) was very knowledgeable, friendly and quick. The scheduling however was horrible. We started out with an initial repair date some time in November 2018. The tech found the problem, but had to order parts. He came back in on Dec 29th, but the replacement part was broken. We had to reschedule for January 12th. However, the tech was sick that day.
