Cruz out technician was great...working the Appliance Repair Specialist was a disaster. They lack communication skills. It took me almost 3 weeks to get my brand new Kitchen Aid double ovens fixed. The office was setting up appointments but not notifying Cruz the technician of the appointments. It was a dreadful experience and had it not been for Cruz I would have went with the other repair company in my area.
This place is a joke !! 3 1/2 months I've been waiting for my washer to be fixed, 500.00 plus in laundry mat fees, send some tech out he can't fix it so now I need more parts, a new motor !!?? All it was was the spin cycle went out, 3 1/2 months later, Oh best part they think you have no life, everytime I state I need a morning appt, they cannot remember and the Best Best part they only come to Patterson once a week !!! even though they have a tech that lives in Tracy, Never Again !!!! Rude customer Service as well
The repair specialist Chris McConnell was prompt, courteous and polite. He replaced the parts needed to repair my dryer. I was very pleased with the service.
Was expecting a technician between 2-5 at 5 no one had showed up or called. So we left to get a call at 5:15 that he was still at his previous job and was heading after he was done so now we have to drive back. Your setting up a three hour window at least have the courtesy to call and let us know your going to be late before that window is over.
Good service. Jesus cleaned up after the job. He was prompt and did a good job.

Michael was very well acquainted with my whirlpool dryer and was able to determine the problem correctly...ordered the part and got the job done! Ya!
I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism of the Appliance Repair Specialist. I liked the day-before phone call and the day of call telling me the repairman was on the way. Hector was friendly, informative, and obviously skilled in the repair needed. He even gave me some good advice and suggestion on keeping the ice maker working properly. I'll definitely call APR when the next appliance needs repair.
