Izzy worked on the Jenn Air ice maker until it worked. It took him at least 2 hours, though he arrived 1.5 hours late, with no notice from Appliance Repair Specialist. The making of the appointment was screwed up royally and took numerous phone calls to finally get someone out. sucked.
