My repairman James, came promptly between the service time, greeted me and assessed my problems. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed my problem which wasn’t my washer but the drain and went on with business. No hassle or new mess left behind.
Steve W was very professional; fixed the washing machine; and was conscientious about keeping all the water mopped up and the repair area clean.
