I had some leakage in my ceiling after a heavy rain. Andrew H from Triad came out to inspect the roof. Where some may have tried to tell me I needed a new roof, Andrew noticed I just needed some sealing around the flashing. He fixed it on the spot for free and I havenÂ’t had any issues since then! That kind of honesty and kindness isnÂ’t easy to come by.

Triad Roofing came out to replace our roof and gutters due to hail damage. Service was great! Staff was informative helped us to understand each step, what to expect and how long it takes, etc. It truly puts your mind at ease to be able to work with such professionals.

Adam from Triad came to my house to look at a roof issue I was having. I was thinking I was going to have to replace the entire roof. He inspected, took pictures, and even showed me proof of how the damage was caused by getting his hands dirty. Explained everything in detail on what I could do as an easy fix . Gave me his card with a smile and left. No charge . Wow! They stand by their motto! QUALITY * INTEGRITY * SERVICE

Dan H. Blue Springs, Mo Triad did a fantastic job replacing my roof. They did it quickly and left my property 100% cleaned up. The company rep I worked with, Fred Williams , kept in close contact with me from beginning to the end of this project. He explained every detail of the project and worked with my insurance company to make everything easy for me. I would highly recommend talking to Fred for any of the services that Triad offers. If there were 6 stars I would give them to Fred.

If You think you have roof damage call Adam Meyer at Triad! Our home sustained some wind damage had shingles laying in the yard so I called Triad. Adam came out that afternoon and my job was done, he provided the repair estimates communicated with our insurance adjuster he stayed in communication with us through out the whole process. I have 30+ years in the insurance business and act as my own agent, I can honestly say this is the company to use for your roof repair. Thank You Triad! Special thanks to Adam!

The Triad employee Adam Meyer worked with us and the insurance company to get our roof replaced. He did a great job explaining everything. He was easy to contact and prompt getting back with us to answer questions. Our roof was done in one day. ItÂ’s a beautiful color and excellent quality.

Absolutely outstanding experience working with Fred Williams! Fred listened intently to what I wanted and advised but did not pressure me throughout my decision process. Once my decision was made, Fred explain the entire process, making sure I understood what would be done. There were updates before the work began and he contacted me to explain the changes each time. Triad provided excellent service and workmanship. Fred worked with us during the whole process. We got a new roof, siding, gutters, windows, and house construction.
