Triad and Brent Iles did an amazing job on our roof after hail and wind damage! Every appointment on time, everything very well explained, installed in 1 day and took extra care to make sure no nails or debris was left behind. Stayed within our budget AND upgraded of roof! Would recommend to friends and family!
Where do we start. We had a new roof and gutters installed. 1. Adam Meyers is the best! So knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He helped us thru the whole process with insurance. He knows his stuff folks! Absolutely the best and always made us feel like old friends. The product is amazing. The workers are so nice and professional. The clean up was to a T! I had roof replaced and gutters replaced. 1. Service was very good. Always on time or early for each appointment. 2. Options were explained well. 3. Great job working with the insurance company making it easier on me. 4. Quality of work and materials was great. Several points during the job of checking to make sure everything is done correct and if not, correcting it right away. 5. Great follow-up to make sure I was happy with the work
Triad did amazing work on my roof, was done in 1 Business day, and kept in contact on all changes as they took place. After work was complete they coordinated with the insurance for me and handled all the paperwork. Remain patient after work was complete for payment due to insurance payment issues. Will defiantly use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone for future work. Thanks TRIAD! Also where extremely Soldier friendly!!!

With the endless possibilities for roof installers after the hail storm, it was a difficult decision to decide on the best contractor(so many available) to take on the job. I had Triad, Inc. replace my roof after I had hail damage and they did a great job. Steve S****** walked me through the process and helped me with my insurance company. The job was completed quickly and looks great!!! I would highly recommend them!!!
