This was the first time in almost 50 years I had to make an insurance claim and was was not sure of the correct procedure. I contacted Adam M**** with Triad to help me out. He was fantastic! He helped me thru the whole process of getting my roof shingles and gutters replaced. All the workers work really hard and done a fantastic job for me. There were no nails or trash left behind. I highly recommend TRIAD roofing. The representative, Adam Myer, was so helpful, professional, and easy to work with. After the installation of the gutter covers, I called & asked him to see if he could rectify some minor issues. He took care of it in a timely fashion and called to make sure I was satisfied with the work. If you contact TRIAD, ask for Adam.

We were very pleased with Triad. The man in charge of our case was Steven S****** and the communication and work ethic was the best we’ve experienced. The workers both in the roofing part as well as the siding were exceptional, cleaned up, and very professional. Steven worked well with us as the customer, the workers, and especially good with our insurance. We definitely will use again for any of future needs. Triad is a superb roofing company. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work was done. They did all the heavy lifting with the insurance company we did not have to do anything. The Farmers adjuster told us they were good and boy was he right. Would 100% recommend them.

Triad and Brent Iles did an amazing job on our roof after hail and wind damage! Every appointment on time, everything very well explained, installed in 1 day and took extra care to make sure no nails or debris was left behind. Stayed within our budget AND upgraded of roof! Would recommend to friends and family!

Where do we start. We had a new roof and gutters installed. 1. Adam Meyers is the best! So knowledgeable and NOT pushy. He helped us thru the whole process with insurance. He knows his stuff folks! Absolutely the best and always made us feel like old friends. The product is amazing. The workers are so nice and professional. The clean up was to a T! Could not ask for a better company. 5++++ stars! We will recommend this company to anyone! Thank you Adam and Triad!

I had roof replaced and gutters replaced. 1. Service was very good. Always on time or early for each appointment. 2. Options were explained well. 3. Great job working with the insurance company making it easier on me. 4. Quality of work and materials was great. Several points during the job of checking to make sure everything is done correct and if not, correcting it right away. 5. Great follow-up to make sure I was happy with the work
