Dan H. Blue Springs, Mo Triad did a fantastic job replacing my roof. They did it quickly and left my property 100% cleaned up. The company rep I worked with, Fred Williams , kept in close contact with me from beginning to the end of this project. He explained every detail of the project and worked with my insurance company to make everything easy for me. I would highly recommend talking to Fred for any of the services that Triad offers. If there were 6 stars I would give them to Fred.

If You think you have roof damage call Adam Meyer at Triad! Our home sustained some wind damage had shingles laying in the yard so I called Triad. Adam came out that afternoon and my job was done, he provided the repair estimates communicated with our insurance adjuster he stayed in communication with us through out the whole process. I have 30+ years in the insurance business and act as my own agent, I can honestly say this is the company to use for your roof repair. Thank You Triad! Special thanks to Adam!

The Triad employee Adam Meyer worked with us and the insurance company to get our roof replaced. He did a great job explaining everything. He was easy to contact and prompt getting back with us to answer questions. Our roof was done in one day. ItÂ’s a beautiful color and excellent quality.

Absolutely outstanding experience working with Fred Williams! Fred listened intently to what I wanted and advised but did not pressure me throughout my decision process. Once my decision was made, Fred explain the entire process, making sure I understood what would be done. There were updates before the work began and he contacted me to explain the changes each time. Triad provided excellent service and workmanship. Fred worked with us during the whole process. We got a new roof, siding, gutters, windows, and house construction. Triad was referred to us by an insurance agent. Our insurance adjuster had determined that we had roof and gutter damage to our home from a wind storm. We made the call to Triad and Adam Meyer came out quickly. He explained the insurance paperwork to us and gave us an estimate for Triad to complete the work. Fred W. did a fantastic job working with my insurance company to get my job covered. He alerted me of additional areas that might be covered and worked to get them included as well. He knew municipality requirements and included those needs even before they were approved by insurance. I was always well informed about dates of work and what areas would be worked on. We highly recommend TRIAD for roofing. We worked with Steve S. from the beginning to the end. He helped with the call to the Insurance Company to the final clean up after the roof was put on. The communication was fantastic through out the process. Jose and the crew were very professional and got the work done in a timely manner.
