I just had a new roof put on our house yesterday by Triad Roofing. We had significant hail damage from some of the spring storms last year. I was impressed with the clear and timely communication and friendliness of our sales rep, John Tracy. He made the process simple and stress-free. We highly recommend Triad. We worked with Andrew Hoskins and he guided us through our insurance claim while communicating clearly and quickly! The crew worked hard and cleaned up after each day. The new roof looks great and we will definitely use them in the future!
I would highly recommend Triad and Adam Meyer! Our roof and gutters were replaced in a very timely manner and with zero issues! Adam made sure I was comfortable and aware of all the paperwork and work done Adam worked directly with my insurance company and it was really a very smooth experience. Steve Sutlick was absolutely amazing! Not only was he professional but caring and knowledgeable as well. He took his time to explain the whole procedure and made sure I understood what would happen. He kept in constant touch with me about the project and even helped me file an insurance claim, saving me thousands of dollars. He even suffered several “after hours” phone calls and texts from this over anxious customer. I recommend him highly to anyone who wants a professional job done
Our sales rep Mark was professional and great to work with. He always was responsive with our communications. We did have some issues with the install in one area of our roof where the workmanship was sub par and later corrected. Also during the install our gutters were damaged in a few areas however this was quickly resolved also. One section of guttering was not cleaned out and I found numerous pieces of tar paper and pieces of shingles which I ended up cleaning out. Very pleased with Triad. Our new roof and gutters look great. They even took the initiative to make improvements to the functionality of our original gutter placement. Both the roofers and gutter crew cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. From the very beginning Steve S., who was our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Triad.
