I had Triad Inc. install all new siding, windows, and exterior doors on my home. The production team and installers were fantastic. From timely material delivery, to install crews and production members that listened to all concerns regarding my project from start to finish. All of the neighbors in my cul-de-sac loved the outcome as well. Couldn't ask for a more competent company performing work on my home!

Excellent product and excellent installation on our recent window replacements. Team was in and out in a day and left no detail out in their work. If you are considering having replacement windows installed in your home I would highly recommend this company.
Tim Wilkerson with Triad was great to deal with! He broke down everything that was to be done to the home, new windows, new siding, new roof and new gutters, so it was easy to understand exactly what we were paying for and when it would be installed. We really appreciated his quick response time on any questions we had. When an issue came up he was quick to find a solution. The crews that did the work were fast and clean! We're very happy with the finished work and would gladly use Triad again!

Triad was a BREEZE to do business with! I worked with Tim Wilkerson, who came out in record time to take a look at my roof and then he called the insurance directly while he was still there to get the process started with me. He went through every step and even when he had to temporarily be out of town, he made sure someone else was here to meet with the insurance adjuster when they arrived just to make sure everything went smoothly. We worked with Tim Wilkerson from the beginning and he was super professional and they did EVERYTHING he said they would do. They had the work done, cleaned the area and the roof looks beautiful. They look care to make the necessary repairs, work around our new gutters and keep our landscaping in tact. Super job and we would highly recommend them. Not to mention they helped us with picking out just the right roof color and product. Loved this company.
