Apple Roofing replaced the roof on our home after a hail storm. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining the entire process to us. The roof was completed in a timely manner according to the schedule they had laid out from the very beginning. The sales rep was available through the entire process and helped answer any questions we had between the insurance company and getting the job completed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace a roof. Very professional and courteous!

Triad did a great job from start to finish. My point of contact was Kevin, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was responsive, and stopped by after the project was complete to inspect the roof and make sure everything was done correctly. I would definitely recommend Triad, and I appreciate how attentive, responsive, and thorough Kevin was.

Brent was awesome from start to finish. Kept me updated and informed. Also answered all my questions I had through the whole process. I had many other siding companies out to talk to me about replacing it. Brent was the only one completely honest and upfront. I felt like the others I had out to my house did not have the care that Brent had. Will be recommending Triad as well as Brent to others. Thank you Triad, siding crew, and especially Brent!!!!!!!
I this time I cannot say what their quality of work is. I do know that we have been 3 months trying to get a date for them to start the work. I finally caught confirmation that they were delivering the product last Thursday (Aug. 4). Two workers showed up on Friday afternoon and looked at the project and said they were not going to start since it was Friday afternoon but would be there on Monday morning.
