Our roof was done in a timely manner, clean up afterwards was very adequate and we are more than pleased with our new roof. Fred Williams was very professional, great personality, very helpful and knowledgeable in answering every concern and question we had. A friend referred Adam Meyer to me of Triad Inc. for a quick roof inspection and he came out the next week and gave it a good complimentary look over. Even found a roof pass-through plumbing vent that seemed to have been installed without any reason years ago when my house was built and so it was open to my attic below apparently. He even temporarily sealed it up for me until I can get my roof replaced soon. Adam was awesome!

Fred Williams is personable, and willing to listen. Personally follows up to ensure that the job is done correctly and that things are cleaned up.
Called Andrew Hoskins from Triad Inc. to look at our roof after a hail storm. He determined a new roof was needed. I then contacted my insurance they also agreed! Thank you Andrew for the excellent service and advice!
