I highly recommend this company. I started this not knowing how to do any of it. Tim was extremely helpful with me to understand with my insurance company. His crew was nice , quick and professional.
Excellent product and excellent installation on our recent window replacements. Team was in and out in a day and left no detail out in their work. If you are considering having replacement windows installed in your home I would highly recommend this company.
Tim Wilkerson with Triad was great to deal with! He broke down everything that was to be done to the home, new windows, new siding, new roof and new gutters, so it was easy to understand exactly what we were paying for and when it would be installed. We really appreciated his quick response time on any questions we had. When an issue came up he was quick to find a solution. The crews that did the work were fast and clean! We're very happy with the finished work and would gladly use Triad again!

Triad was a BREEZE to do business with! I worked with Tim Wilkerson, who came out in record time to take a look at my roof and then he called the insurance directly while he was still there to get the process started with me. We worked with Tim Wilkerson from the beginning and he was super professional and they did EVERYTHING he said they would do. They had the work done, cleaned the area and the roof looks beautiful. They look care to make the necessary repairs, work around our new gutters and keep our landscaping in tact. Super job and we would highly recommend them. Not to mention they helped us with picking out just the right roof color and product. Loved this company.

June 2021, we listed our home for sale, we quickly were under contract by roughly June 13th. Per our agreement with the buyer we were asked to put a new roof on. Apple roofing was recommended to us, so we went with them. Do I regret it, yes, I 100% do. Triad's crews and Kyle Galbrecht were very easy to work with. Kyle was very professional and assisted us through the entire process - especially the initial insurance assistance he provided. Walked us through the selection of materials - it was quick and easy. We did roofing, facia, soffits, guttering etcetera. Had some wood needing replaced on the roof and soffits that they corrected also.
