June 2021, we listed our home for sale, we quickly were under contract by roughly June 13th. Per our agreement with the buyer we were asked to put a new roof on. Triad's crews and Kyle Galbrecht were very easy to work with. Kyle was very professional and assisted us through the entire process - especially the initial insurance assistance he provided. Walked us through the selection of materials - it was quick and easy. We did roofing, facia, soffits, guttering etcetera. Had some wood needing replaced on the roof and soffits that they corrected also. Our roof was done in a timely manner, clean up afterwards was very adequate and we are more than pleased with our new roof. Fred Williams was very professional, great personality, very helpful and knowledgeable in answering every concern and question we had.
