As a homeowner in the process of selling my home, I was introduced to Brandon at Apple Roofing ,through the buyer of my home. I knew the roof had some extreme damage, and needed to be replaced. I require a negative star rating for my review. My deck with rotten wood I pointed out multiple times and begged them to change (only to be told by the project manager that she was the professional expert and would make the final decision even tho I was the paying customer) was shingled over! The first couple of crews that came out disaster, the salesman, every area manager (3) and the regional director that all kept promising to make things right, with all addition cost to be paid for by Apple Roofing kept getting fired!! We used Apple Roofing in Colorado. It was such a negative experience that I am writing my first ever review. We initially called due to water coming into the living room and were told we needed a new roof. After the roof was installed, water continued to come into the house. We were told "not to be so dramatic" when we called to say that this issue was concerning. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. They cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Toby H******* kept me informed about everything being done and when it would start and about how long it should take. I would recommend this company to my friends.
