I’m so glad I called Apple Roofing! They did a beautiful job replacing our storm damaged roof. Their rep, Clinton C********, was amazing and awesome from day one! He always returned my calls and texts and answered any questions I had, including helping this first time insurance claimer! He made it all happen so smoothly. The roofers themselves were pretty amazing too. After they left I didn’t find a single nail or shingle! Thank you guys! And thank you Clinton and Apple Roofing!
I could not have had a better experience. Clint Clemenson helped with every aspect of the process; the initial inspection, insurance questions, the actual replacement, and follow-up. He was quick to address every question or concern I had. I would recommend Apple Roofing to anyone.
Update 6/13/24 one year later guy come out to repair it, but we still leak. I'll update the post when it's fixed. After one year, 4 team supervisor s, and 6 visits (at least), I still have a new leaking metal roof. I hate to leave bad reviews, but this is crazy. I have like 3200 sq ft of metal new roof that still leaks. My insurance company paid for 2 new roofs, one still leaks & it's metal. I have called text messages. I understand staff personnel are short. But for 40,000. I would love a roof that's not leaking. You sub co... read more

Worked with ***** ***** who was absolutely the best. He responded to my every question and then some. The crew did a beautiful job. They found more work that needed to be done, contacted our insurance and got it approved. Actually did all of the work while we were on vacation.

This has been challenging for us as we are an older couple, not to computer savvy and are not in the Grain Valley area (out of state). But, Mr. M***** "Ernie" of Apple Roofing was and has helped us through a long process. Dealing with all the insurance matters, claims, requests, forms e-mails. Well just "Everything"!
