Toby was excellent and took care of all the insurance claims for us! Have recommended him to a friend.
This has been challenging for us as we are an older couple, not to computer savvy and are not in the Grain Valley area (out of state). But, Mr. M***** "Ernie" of Apple Roofing was and has helped us through a long process. Dealing with all the insurance matters, claims, requests, forms e-mails. Well just "Everything"! Our salesperson, Ashley, was FANTASTIC! They replaced my roof June 19, 2023. During the job, they ripped out the transition from the roof to my deck then claimed it wasn't warrantied to be replaced. I then had 2 spots that leaked inside my home through my ceiling so Billy came out and sealed 2 places that he said the roofers hadn't sealed around the attic vents.
