Horrible wait times... five day wait for an appointment.
My fav apple dude is - Ryan at this store. Ryan is part of our apple family now. Super nice and real! This trip, as well, the store manager helped us who is also super competent! My 80yr old mother bought an IPAD, he helped us personally.
Slowest service in the world. Be prepared to wait and wait for a while.
5.5hrs waiting. Checking, multiple liNes, shuffled here, there. Phones out of stock, crowded. Misery. Staff was personable, patient, and considerate. probably need more, a larger store, AND AN APPLE CAFE INSIDE.
Store is always crowded but if you have an appointment there is usually no problem. My only comment is why do you have to walk around to find the person with the iPad to sign in?
Yes- it was swamped....figured wait would be long - it wasn't.....young lady who helped me was awesome-not pushy- If you go into this store on busy time, like new product release or holidays- common sense dictates it will be busy.....shop smart kiddies- save some aggravation !! ��
