This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life , this really has me rethinking using Apple products there are a million employees standing around doing nothing and are completely unhelpful
Apple Care says one thing on the phone, get you to the "Genius Bar" and it's a whole different story and cost. Really disappointed in Apple warranty and service on a 8 month old watch.
Even with an appointment I had to wait. The tech Caleb was AMAZING! Problem solved
The only problem with the service is they are so very busy our wait was 41/2 hours. Entire day shot. The staff are so nice and friendly which makes your wait enjoyable.
Teaching customers on how to get the most out of their products and how their products works is what customer service is all about. This also strengthens their brand with you by building your understanding of the product. My class was amazing and the teacher was very professional.
Found the workshop to be amazing and very informative. Staff was very cordial and extremely helpful.

Always VERY busy. Don't be intimidated by the crowd. They'll get to you and it'll be worth the wait. I bought the new Mac Book Pro 15" and was walked through the set up by MATT and when I got home, connected to WiFi and everything transferred effortlessly in less than 25 minutes... photos, desk top, favorites, programs, music... the works. Team leader "CHRIS" is accessible and helpful, eager to please.
