Big store, lots of happy employees. Handled the crowd very well, and while I was waiting for my repair they were sure to check and see if I had any questions, etc. Great staff, good job!

Useless rude and lack good customer service. Wait time is the worst. Someone needs to have corporate re-evalute the way they manage operations. We had the rudest Apple rep ever!
Their customer service by phone is poor and useless, i been trying to get a estimate pricing for imac screen replace and no one have any idea how much it cost, i been almost all morning trying to find out and they put me on hold many times for nothing and i called 3 differents numbers
Had my first experience with the Genius Bar today, and Mike was a great tech to work with... Though are time was short, he addresses all my issues and the MacBook Pro is speeding along. Great experience!
Horrible store, worst set up I've ever seen. Looks like a high school cafeteria. Very disorganized. Would not recommend going to this store.
