When you're on the phone with Apple for an hour and a half, and they tell you to go this store. Then you get there and they tell you Apple didn't make me an appointment and they won't have time to fix my phone Then the dude asks if it's under warranty. What does it matter if you don't have time to fix it. Never had a good experience in this store. Try a different one.

Great help from all I came in contact with at the Apple Store Took me an hour to drive there as that was the closest place to get iPhone 7 plus in rose gold. Lots of people but the employees were very patient as if I was the only one there. Thanks to all apple people.
Usually great service but they kept promising us a time and bumped us repeatedly until it was many hours. The gentleman next to us had been there for 7 hours. We gave up after hours of delays. Need more Genius Bar employees- plenty of greeters.
I can't thank Jess at Apple, for getting me set up with a technician today. Without an appointment and only waiting 45 minutes we met Caleb. He helped me with the problems I was having with my phone and went above and beyond. Thank you so very much, you are both an asset to Apple!
Fabulous people who get the job done! Thanks for being friendly and knowledgeable! Wish I didn't have to wait 2 hours, but I guess that's not too bad considering I didn't have an appointment.
I am NOT happy with APPLE RIGHT NOW !!! After MONTHS and MONTHS, since the beginning of last year pretty much, they STILL CAN'T figure out what's wrong with my phone or the content on my phone!! Maybe I should change to the competitors and get a GALAXY!!!!!!! I am getting sick and tired of this!!!!! You guys charge a boatload of money for a phone and can't seem to fix the problem???
