We had an appointment at 5:30 to have a laptop screen looked at. We knew the display was going to have to be replaced and it should have been a quick appointment, 30 minutes tops. We didn't get helped until 7:00. Once we were being helped things moved along quickly and everything was handled the way we had expected, but waiting an hour and a half when we had an appointment was ridiculous.

Thank you Luke, you personally saved my experience at this store today. The staff is super friendly, extremely over worked and the communication between customers and staff has room for improvement. I only use Apple so will always be back.
Appoint was for 6pm. Met with rep at 6.15 and a little over an hour for the repair.
The waiting time wasn't bad considering I didn't have an appt when I first got there. I waited just over an hour to see a technician. My technician was awesome and very friendly. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to fix the issue with my phone in a very reasonable time. I walked away a very satisfied customer and will definitely be back.
Totally awesome experience! Floor person was very knowledgeable and even shared personal testimony and idea sharing. My husband and I left there with a new iMac and are so happy we did 😊
I and my wife have gone here twice to get her iPhone replaced within the 90-day warranty as the battery discharges within a day without active use -it is a 20-mile ride for us and takes 3 hours of our time. We have also called the apple customer service twice (not the store) with some runaround of taking apps off or go to the store, and then ending up saying "let's see what will happen now - wait a day or two".
