I did an OS update from Apple, it damaged the hard drive and it will cost $200 for new drive, $100 to transfer data. Fuck Mac crap.
Needs more stores in the Bay Area, not convenient for me when I can't stop in when I please to get what I want, I don't being told I have to come back 4 separate times or make an appointment in order to get a new phone. PUT MORE STORES UP IN MY LOCATION!!!!!!!!
Wait is way to long. Yes they have a lot of service tech's but with so many there waiting for service of some kind I would never buy Apple anything. They did replace my granddaughter camera. There were only 4 days left on her warranty.
Need more improve, Need more employees to serve every body , wait 3 hours plus 1 hour talking to them, is a lot waisting time
I go to this Apple Store all the time. I was just there yesterday upgrading my phone. The staff was very helpful. They are always helpful and never rush you no matter how busy they are.
Fui a la tienda para poder arreglar el teléfono de mi nena después de esperar 1:30 me sientan en una mesa luego que pasan 15 minutos me empieza atender un Sr pido que sea en español y tantos de los que hablaban español nadie me atendió, luego no pudo resolverme mi problema con el teléfono � y me dejo sola y se fue con otro cliente creo que primero puedan atender a 1 persona para poder atender a la próxima pésimo el servicio no los recomiendo �
