Rude employees - two different times. Really nasty attitudes.
Exceptionally well trained staff...very knowledgeable and polite and with the volume of customers in the store on our visit, I was impressed with their efficiency and chatting with the customers made it a most pleasant experience indeed. Would highly recommend this Apple Store at the International Mall in Tampa, Florida.
Made appt to get iphone6+ battery replaced. They did diagnostic to prove the battery was “bad” now I have to wait till April when the battery’s are in stock. Very unsatisfactory!
Apple assistants are great and patient. Got the iOS update and learned about battery use and adjusting the app settings to lessen battery drain. Very happy. Apple rocks! Thank you LT!
Went there a couple days ago & that was a great experience the costumer service do all they can trying help even if the place is always busy. Apple worth all the money you spend. Really helpful Genius Bar
Very busy place. The guy who helped me wasn’t very personable because I was only getting a watch band. I was there for the product, not the customer service.
