Man Apple doesn’t care, they just want your money, I sent my phone in for a covered repair and they refused to do it unless I got something cosmetic fixed as well, wanted to charge me $550+tax to fix it, the problem? A back camera lense, not the camera itself just the lens,the camera worked perfectly fine, I don’t understand why they can’t just help me out instead of finding ways to deny people service
I will never buy an iphone ever again. The hardware is built against any kind of build standard and the software is a total nonsense that makes 90s software feel like the 22nd century.
I purchased the SE2 and expected that I could take advantage of 24 month no interest payments. I did not select a carrier and now after two days 45 min each day with tech support I find that they can not fix this. My phone has shipped and scheduled for delivery on 28 April. I would have to refuse the delivery and re order the phone. This is not acceptable.
