This place is a joke 6 hours to get my phone repaired and they wound up replacing it with a bigger worthless piece of junk. Employees are not trained well Give wrong information
Everyone there is super friendly, especially Brandon who was the guys who fixed my daughter’s phone that a had a problem with the home bottom . We really appreciate your caring understanding to solve the issue
AWESOME store! Matt, who heads up training, is SUCH a pleasure to spend time with - because of him I immediately signed up for 2 classes, both of which were phenomenal - the time flew and I was able to learn SO much! Thank you Philip for introducing me to my iPad (I can’t recall the name of the female instructor for the drawing class, but she was amazing and I intend to take that class with her again).

I have appointment at 12:50pm and I arrived at 12:40pm it’s been already more than 30mins to checked-in and I am still waiting for help. Already asked few employees only answer i got is just wait here don’t move, someone will help but I don’t know when.
