RecommendedMy experience was great from start to finish. Went in there to get my phone fixed and I learned how to use my Apple Watch. I am home now with a text phone and very happy good people you have working there

Be careful if you go to this store to upgrade your phone. They make the interest free payments sound easy, what they don’t tell you, until after you do it and call them out, is that you wind up with a hard credit inquiry. Matt never mentioned that to me or I would have just paid for the phone in full. Not cool Apple, not cool at all.
None of the associates actually seem like they truly know what they’re talking about. Often condescending and patronizing. Poor customer service.
I went to the store today 2/09/2019 at around 1:00 pm and was helped by a Trade in specialist called Vivianette she was very helpful and knowledgeable she went above and beyond with her customer service skills you definitely need more employees like her.
It was not the service. It’s the product, I had an Apple Watch just over 2 years old and the pixels are all messed up. Told me it cost $200.00 for a new watch face. I’m wondering if that means the strap is also $200.00 since I paid over $400.00 for it. This will be my last apple product. I have a phone and a new iPad. Very disappointed.

Unless you’re spending money you’re the least of their concerns. I drive an hour each way because they can’t put a store in Clearwater Fl and I’m disabled. My speaker on my phone isn’t working so I can’t hear calls. God forbid they can help you with tech issues. Was told yesterday to come back today and they would help me. Today I’m told oh come back tomorrow and we will help you but when I ask the manager can he promise that he says no. So I could waste more gas and time and still get no where and I can’t come to my appoint... read more
