Great team at this location, every one made sure we know are place in the que at the Genius Bar
Apple Store for the win... little kindness and patience, you’d be surprised what you can accomplish on a walk-in basis ... they had no appointments till Tuesday evening! � 2 hours of my time and phone was replaced quick and ez, once my turn. Also, First time loading from an active backup as well.
Brought my daughter to have her phone repaired. We got here to early they sent us away now there is no one to sign her in. I had tried to speak to business department but they don’t have time. I don’t think i will buy anymore Apple products. And i guess they have terrible management in the store i just heard from the nice kid who made my lunch the employees all are stressed out and dislike working at the store. Mostly disappointed ... I am long time Apple customer... over 10 years loyal... but today I was called misinformed and offensive by the employees at ur store because I told them they are bad at their job... charged me for stuff I hadn’t broken then called me stupid for suggesting it was a mistake... this place is a joke!! Safe space for the easily offended...

Pretty good, very different from your average customer service experiences. Not as thorough or people friendly as I would like but they got the job done in an acceptable manner. I’m just very happy to have my phone back in good working order 👍 thank you for standing behind your warranty Apple
I made an appointment for Friday at 3:45, got seen at 4:00. Need to have my battery changed. 29.95, plus taxes, okay let’s do this. All right leave your phone and it will be done in 4.8 hours. What?
