At Apple International Plaza I had the worst Apple experience ever. When Steve Jobs died so did quality, integrity and customer service. Be warned. They have some really horrible sales associates and they are not interested in customers having a positive experience. The management staff also is not interested in any negative experiences. They just look at you with a blank expression of disinterest.
RecommendedIt was a mob scene today. A Saturday after the new iPhone release. Luckily I had ordered online. I still had to wait about 15 minutes. They were trying hard to keep up with orders. I’m extremely happy with my new MacBook Air.

Horrible - the sales people were disconnected and didn’t seem like they wanted to be helpful or provide support. I went to Best Buy and bought everything I needed including a iPhone 8s and Apple Watch 42 with cellular service. Don’t need the attitude, and not going back.
